The Denver Public School's "Choice" process allows students to apply to a Denver Public School that is not the neighborhood school. When accepted, you must provide your own transportation. Denver's East High School, a 10- to 15-minute drive, is an excellent school with a national reputation among college recruiters that offers accelerated classes and honors classes.
